When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, suburb and state, the size of your site, and anything you write in the message box. We collect this because you asked us to get in touch, and we use it for that purpose.
We record basic information about visits to this website: the pages viewed, the site or search engine you arrived from, your device type, browser and operating system, and how long you spent on the page.
We do not store your IP address. It is converted into a one-way code the moment it reaches our server, which lets us count unique visitors without holding anything that identifies you. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this information.
This site sets two small cookies so it can tell one visit apart from another for the statistics above, and a session cookie that protects the enquiry form against misuse. None of them are used for advertising.
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and service your machine. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Website statistics are kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will take care of it.
